Lake Como

Lake Como is in Northern Italy’s Lombardy region, which has a backdrop of the Swiss Alps. It is home to upscale villa resorts that resemble Wes Anderson films with picturesque, dramatic scenery and a range of Pantone color-ways. The lake is shaped like an upside-down Y, with three different branches that meet at the resort town of Bellagio. The best way to get around the lake is by water taxi or one of the ferries, but if you want to explore a specific area, the towns are small enough to walk around by foot.
