I've never enjoyed road trips.
I'm the type of person that has to control the music, since I have tendency to fall asleep from the sun that I'm allergic too. The type of person that constantly needs to stop for a bathroom break, since I choose to purchase the extra-large slushy at the gas station that turns your entire tongue, mouth and face blue. The type of person that will probably make you drive off the road from laughing, since I do impersonations at random parts of any conversation. I'm also the type of person that loves fast-food restaurants that have weird names and allow you to order the kids meal, even though you are far past the age limit, so you can get the toy inside. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this beautiful establishment! We had to pull over and by pull over I mean, swerve the car immediately to the point of almost BBQ-ing everyone inside, exit the car in excitement, have a photo-shoot and enjoy the adventures with hotdog.
I am either pretty dressed up or pretty casual and there is not much in between. I'm kind of a "what-you-see-is-what-you-get" sort of gal, but I completely despise normalcy, so I always opt for some twists and tangles with my outfits. What I enjoy is chinos and tee-shirts or leather and sky-rocket heels. I went on a small road trip trying to secure some mid-century modern antiques (e.g brass anything and major lighting); weekend interior antique shopping is just the best, don't you agree? Usually during my intensive decor-focused shopping adventures, I always try to be as casual as possible, since you are always lifting, bending and all in between, so I opted for camo chinos, a linen tee, a jean jacket and of course, my favorite baseball hat. I'm not even a baseball fan, not even the slightest bit, but I've always loved the way it looks on my head.
Coco wears a: Madewell Linen Tee (similar & on sale!), Madewell Camo Chinos, Abercrombie & Fitch Denim Jacket (on sale!), Vintage Belt, Franco Sarto Slippers (super cheap!), Yankees Hat and my Prada Cross-body.
